Welcome Reception
Carmen de la Victoria – 7 June, 19:30
We will kick off the school with a welcome reception at Carmen de la Victoria, a beautiful historic residence located in the Albaicín district and owned by the University of Granada. The venue features traditional Andalusian gardens and terraces with spectacular views of the Alhambra, creating the perfect setting to meet fellow participants in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

Guided Visit through the Albaicín
Wednesday 10 June (tentative)
Participants will have the opportunity to join a guided walk through the historic Albaicín, Granada’s medieval Moorish quarter and a UNESCO World Heritage site. With its narrow winding streets, whitewashed houses, and breathtaking viewpoints overlooking the Alhambra, the Albaicín offers a unique glimpse into the city’s rich Andalusian and Islamic heritage.

Social Dinner
Cuarto Real de Santo Domingo (TBC) – Thursday 11 June, 20:00
The conference will conclude with a social dinner at the historic Cuarto Real de Santo Domingo, a Nasrid-period palace located in the heart of Granada. This remarkable monument, surrounded by gardens and historic architecture, provides a memorable setting to celebrate the end of the school while enjoying excellent local cuisine and conversation with colleagues.
